New Design for Dashboards

We’ve reimagined the look and feel of dashboards with a modernized design to provide a clearer and more impactful visual experience. The revamped Dashboards now feature enhanced trend and percentage indicators, making it easy to see how your metrics have shifted since last month.

If your metrics include targets, these are now displayed directly within the graph. The same Color-coded indicators show your target progress.

Data Specifications as a New Tab

We have introduced a new Data Specs tab to provide a comprehensive overview of your data. With this addition, you can view the name, description, and example values for each of your data fields in a single, easy-to-navigate space. This new feature include:

  • Data Source Differentiation: Now you can easily see whether a column originates from your ERP system or is an Inact-calculated column, giving you better context and control over your data. *****(Postponed to next release) *****
  • For “Download Data” Permission: If you have the “Download Data” permission, this tab will also offer enhanced functionalities, such as quick data export options.

This tab provides the transparency needed to ensure you’re working with the right data, right from the start.

Subscribe to Your Favorite Data

Stay informed and never miss an update by subscribing to your favourite Dashboards, Views, or Insights. With the new subscription feature, you can receive email notifications at intervals of your choosing. This ensures you’re always up-to-date with the latest changes and trends in your data, all delivered directly to your inbox.

Pre-Filter Insights for Faster Loading

Managing a large number of Insights has never been easier! If your Insights overview contains more than 200 Insights, you will now be prompted to filter or slice the data before loading.

This feature includes:

  • A warning screen advising you to search or filter your Insights.
  • Only Insights that match your specific criteria will be displayed, significantly reducing loading time and making it faster to find the exact Insight you need.

This update optimizes performance and ensures that you can quickly access the most relevant Insights without unnecessary delays.

Trend Arrows in Dashboard Tables

Trend arrows are now available in Dashboard table columns, making it easy to visualize upward and downward trends directly within the table. This provides a quick overview of the development of various KPIs.

More Colors for Actions

The Actions module has been updated with more colour options, allowing for clearer differentiation and prioritization of your tasks.

Improvements to the Split-List Function in Actions

We have made several enhancements to the split-list function within the Actions module, providing a better and more intuitive experience when splitting and managing your data

Removal of Box View in Insight Overview

The box view has been removed from the Insight overview to simplify the layout and make it easier to navigate and analyze your Insights.

Quick Fix for Column Errors in Actions

A quick fix has been implemented to address and resolve issues related to column errors in the Actions module, ensuring a more seamless experience.

Diff View: “Gone” Status Adjustment

The “Gone” status in the Difference view has been adjusted with a warning to prevent confusing scenarios. 

Admin Panel – Manage Inact: Disable Button Fix

The disable button in the “Manage Inact” section of the Admin Panel was not functioning correctly. This issue has now been fixed, and the button operates as expected.

New Limit function for your Actions

We designed a new limit function for your Actions. The default limit function takes a Top 5 based on the entire filter, but the new function limits solely based on the “TO DO” (uncompleted) category. When you choose this function the Action will, after each refresh, fill the TO DO category with items (if possible). You’ll get a button to refresh the action on top of the Action.

You can set it in the “edit Action” pop-up.
